- All of our fare are for information purpose. It doesn’t mean we are bound to provide that fare.
- Fare can be changed without any notice by the airlines.
- HillSide Travels is not responsible for any fare gone high.All the tax are fully depends on international currency conversation rate and the government authority.
- Tickets will be issued on the basis of issuing date tax.
- If any tax has gone higher after issuing the ticket, passengers may need to pay that tax in airport. HillSide Travels are not taking any responsibility for that.
- All of our package is subject to availability. We may offer you the equal hotel or transport.
- HillSide Travels doesn’t operate any travel insurance.
- It is highly recommended to take the travel insurance before traveling.
- HillSide Travels is not responsible for any flight delay.
- If airlines change their flight schedule HillSide Travels is not responsible for that. Passengers should contact the airlines directly. In that mater HillSide Travels will help our customer to get the better service.
- All ticket through our office is bonded by ATOL.
- Any problem should be notified to ATOL and its passenger responsibility.
- Ticket can be refunded on approval of airlines.
